We’re looking for a Marketing & Design Coordinator to be based in our collaborative head office near Liverpool Street. It will be a great opportunity to drive our marketing activities across our group of companies. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s confident working independently, comfortable working with multiple business leaders and happy getting involved in all areas of day-to-day marketing.

You’ll be responsible for managing and delivering a range of marketing activities, from LinkedIn content to campaigns to tender documents, brochures and branded materials. This would suit someone with a relevant degree or a few years’ experience. You’ll be looking for more responsibility in an environment where your professional growth will be supported.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and coordination of tender responses, ensuring materials are brand-aligned and impactful.
  • Manage and design content for LinkedIn and other social media channels to enhance our online presence and engagement.
  • Lead and maintain a cohesive brand strategy across multiple platforms and materials.
  • Create a range of marketing materials to support campaigns and company initiatives.
  • Ensure all internal and external documents meet brand standards in design, editing, and branding.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategy, providing monthly reports on campaign and social media performance metrics.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a marketing and/or design role or a relevant degree, with examples of your work
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without constant supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Canva, InDesign or similar design tools
  • Familiar with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and scheduling tools
  • Analytical approach to measuring marketing activity
  • Confidence in writing professional content in English
